This is a listing of the services I can provide for your business. All pricing on this page may be subject to change with no prior
notice and all prices are subject to applicable taxes.
These services can be priced at $35 per hour or negotiated job by job.
- Custom databases for inventory, invoicing, data collection and reporting.
- Automated metrics and reporting tools.
- Needs analysis and recommendations.
- Hardware support including purchasing, upgrading, fixing and
installation.
- Business software tutoring, troubleshooting, upgrading and installation.
- Printer configuration and support.
- Network security analysis, hardening, troubleshooting and expansion.
- Disaster recovery and backups planning for business
continuity.
Web site design, maintenance and renovation services are priced as follows.
Web site pricing includes these services:
- Keyword and profitability research for tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 pages.
- Blend your existing content with keywords to create focused pages.
- All content supplied by you must be guaranteed by you to be legal for use on
your web site.
- Write new keyword focused content as appropriate.
- Design pages which are balanced for both people and search engines.
- Build in static links from tier 3 pages to tier 2 and tier 1, and from tier 2 pages to tier 1.
- Submit your website to Google, Yahoo and MSN search engines.
- Provide monetization research for Google AdWords and affiliate programs.
- Provide strategies for buying traffic through pay per click and advertising both online and offline.
Web site pricing does not include the following:
- All artwork, logos, pictures, video or sound will be provided by you, the client, in web ready format.
- I can provide a cost estimate to find or create artwork, logos, pictures, video or sound if
required.
- Web site hosting fees need to be paid by you to the hosting company. It may be possible to use a free web site hosting service, but
the free web hosting services have restricted functionality.
- Setting up online sales through the web site are not included in this pricing. If required, I will provide a cost estimate for setting up and populating an online store.
- Providing online sales also has the following extra requirements.
- Purchase or subscribe to a shopping cart or an equivalent product or service.
- Have an active bank account that supports income from online sales.
- Have an active account with a payment processing service.
- It may be possible to set up online sales without all of these extra services, but it will not be as
customizable.
Multiple language web sites are billed at page count rates plus third party translation fees.
The smallest fee for setting up a web site with less than 7 pages is $800.
Up to 10 pages cost $120 per page.
From 10 to 20 pages cost $100 per page.
From 20 to 30 pages cost $100 per page.
From 30 to 50 pages cost $90 per page.
Over 50 pages cost $80 per page.
After the web site has been built, ongoing work will be completed as outlined below.
- Update pages monthly to help maintain search engine status as a current site for
$50 per page.
- Maintain a subscriber list and publish a themed newsletter to the list at $150 per 1 page issue.
- Pricing to monitor email coming in from the web site is available if required.
Highly customized web based database interfaces can also be developed. Web database interfaces can automate and streamline many business
data collection and reporting functions. These jobs can only be priced after detailed specifications are written up.
